Pro Gaming is becoming very popular and a lot of people are now monetizing their gaming activities and making money through gaming. Some are even playing games as a profession. I have no desire to do that even though I like to play games and creating game related content is my hobby.

The skill level is insane, and the competitions are genuinely exciting to watch. It's not just kids playing games anymore - it's a whole industry with sponsorships, teams, and massive tournaments. Pretty impressive stuff.
