Video games and your health (1 Viewer)

Everything is supposed to be done in moderation. So if you see that you skipping meals, and sleep because of video games that you should know that it will have adverse effects on your health.
 
Gaming can mess you up if you do it too much your eyes get tired, your back hurts from slouching, you don't sleep enough and you stop hanging out with people. But it's not all bad.. it helps with reflexes, chilling out after a stressful day and meeting people online. Just gotta find the right balance.
 
Gaming is indeed not all good and bad, but spending excessive time in front of the screen is bad. On the other hand, some video games can help us develop problem solving skills, teamwork and critical thinking abilities. There are even games that could be used to treat and relieve stress too.
 
I don't play every day, sometimes I don't even play for weeks. When I finally start playing, I don't spend too many hours. I play for fun and video games have kept me entertained. They have never caused me any health issues
