Twitch streamer Fandy gave a live birth in front of thousands of viewers who witnessed everything from contractions to the head crowning.

I'm not gonna link the video here, but it's posted in the news article linked above. You know...to each their own but I wouldn't want my child's birth live streamed and accessible forever. This whole idea of involving your kids in your "influencer" career needs to stop. They can't consent and you don't know what they will decide they don't want online later when they're adults.

I had to read the title of this thread twice to know I was reading it correctly. I understand that when it comes to Twitch, you do build up a community and that community tends to want to receive updates surrounding your life from time to time, but giving birth and allowing them to watch the whole thing live on Twitch, not so sure about that.

As someone who has had children and given birth, that is a special moment and not something I believe should be seen by thousands.
