Shared Hosting VS VPS Which do you use? (1 Viewer)

If you currently own a website, did you go with shared hosting or did you decide to purchase a VPS? I currently have a few websites and most are on shared hosting with one being on a VPS. The software I decided to go with for the one on VPS will not work on shared hosting since you need to install this software called "Docker" in order for it to function. You can't install Docker on shared hosting environments. Though you need to be somewhat familiar with Linux in order to use a VPS, unless you go with a Windows VPS which I feel that those are more expensive and not as popular.

After being on shared hosting for over a decade, I have not started using VPS. I have been using VPS for over 4 months. I upgraded from shared hosting to VPS because my traffic grew and my shared hosting had resource limitations.
