It always feels whenever you set personal goals or resolutions, but it's not always easy to carry through. Recently, I got myself into some fitness goals and began to hit the gym and to also take on new skills. To make this come through, consistency is key, even the smallest improvement creates adds to the goals. What are your personal goals or resolutions?
 
Years ago, I used to make New Year's Resolutions or even set myself goals that I could achieve throughout the year. After a while, I stopped trying to hit these resolutions and goals, and it seemed pointless to make them only to never complete them.

Now I just take each day at a time, and if I can set myself small goals to complete in a day or a week, I find that works better for me.
