NVIDIA's Neural Texture Compression (NTC) combined with Microsoft's DirectX Raytracing 1.2 significantly reduces VRAM usage by up to 90%, improving game performance and lowering hardware costs. This breakthrough enables high-quality textures with less memory, potentially making gaming more accessible and affordable.

I've been waiting for this since the 50 series came out. Could really help push VRAM usage down in games going forward.
