These changes were discovered by SteamDB. Not sure the original game's Steam page is being updated with no actual features being added to the game, but they could be getting ready to announce the remake.
I sure hope so. Black Flag my favoite Assassin's Creed game of all time and I'm sure a remake would make ton of people happy.
