This said that your attitude when you're losing in life says a lot about you than when you win. When I play and I find myself on a losing streak, I just suspend it and give myself sometime to refresh.

So it is surprising to see people go to extremes like screaming, smashing controllers and TVs.

How do you handle losing streaks?
 
It's just a game. If you're throwing controllers or smashing your TV when you lose, you need therapy.
 
I'm extremely stubborn and have struggled with anger in the past, so I can sometimes get a bit angry, but I normally either quit or just keep going anyway. If something happens that gets me REALLY pissed off (rare), I'll maybe bang on my desk or something. Destroying things out of anger has always seemed entirely ridiculous to me.
 
I totally agree, taking a break when you're on a losing streak is the smart move. I usually step away, grab some water or do something else for a bit. Those people smashing controllers are just making expensive mistakes on top of their gaming losses.
