What do you do to recharge when you are feeling burnt out? Are you more into active stuff like yoga, running or hiking to clear your head or do you prefer quieter activities like reading, meditation or just taking a long bath? what genuinely helps you feel centered again and what rituals or habits you've built into your routine to keep your mental health in check especially during stressful times!
 
When I am feeling burned out and know that it is time for me to recharge, I tend to take a long shower and just take some time for myself. I also enjoy shutting off with my ear buds and listening to my favourite music when playing my favourite video games.

I have in the past let myself become so burned out, it took me a long time to get back up and running, so I never let myself get like that.
