Right from my childhood, I have only been familiar with using the 12 hours time format to tell time. 24 hours time format have always been very confusing to me no matter how much I try getting used to it.

Which one between 12 hours and 24 hours format is more convenient for you?

The one that we are mostly used to in my country is the 12 hour format. 24 hour is a bit confusing and will leave you trying to figure it out for some time.

I prefer 24-hour format honestly. It's just clearer and eliminates any AM/PM confusion like when someone says "meet at 8" you don't have to guess if they mean morning or evening.

I stick with 12hr time. Been using it since I was a kid and my brain just reads it faster than the other one. 24hr feels like a more difficult schedule, I always have to stop and think what the actual time is. That's too much stress for something that should be simple.

Growing up, I always preferred the 12-hour format, as that was the only format I could read and that wouldn't confuse me.

Over time, and after my parents bought me an alarm clock for Christmas that did 12 hours and 24 hours, I decided to try the 24-hour ago, and from that, I learned to read the time in 24-hour format.

Now I can not go back to reading the time in 12-hour format; it has to be in 24-hour format.

Here in the states it's more common to see the 12 hour format, so I'm more familiar with that one. However the Nintendo Gamecube is only in the 24 hour format so I learned that format as a kid, it confuses me at times though. I often have to resort back to the 12 hour format whenever I see something in the 24 hour format.
