I think some game developers has that ability to give us the best Valian that will keep us on our toes. For me, Vaas from Far Cry 3 is still number one. The guy was chaotic in a way that felt too real. That is the best I have seen so far.

Of all the villains that I have seen, I'll go with Joker from the Arkham series. Mark Hamill's voice acting took that character to another level. He was funny, scary, unpredictable. What more can you wish for in a villain.
