Nintendo's latest financial report saw the company highlight 10 of its biggest first-party games on the horizon for the Nintendo Switch 2 alongside six third-party releases. The Switch 2 has proven to be a massive success for Nintendo. The company's latest home console/handheld hybrid has already cleared 10 million units sold, causing Nintendo to update its hardware sales forecast.

A video game console is only as good as its games, and so Nintendo made sure that the Switch 2 had some major titles available right out of the gate. The Switch 2's flagship launch title was the acclaimed Mario Kart World, which was quickly followed up by the release of the huge 3D platformer adventure Donkey Kong Bananza. Two more Switch 2 exclusives are set to launch this month, and many more major first-party games are on the way.

I am definitely getting Kirby Air Riders, Metroid Prime 4, Mario Tennis Fever, Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, and most-of-all Splatoon Raiders. Probably Hyrule Warriors (not at launch) and maybe Pokémon Pokopia. It's pretty crazy how packed Nintendo Switch 2's first year is with first-party games, night and day compared to when I got a Wii U near launch!
