The Last of Us is one of those games to reckon with when it comes to storytelling. Unlike other games, the gameplay and the emotional attachment to Joel and Ellie was out of this world. There is hardly any game that managed to get me emotionally invested like that game.

The best video game story I have ever experienced is Persona 5 Royal. You really get attached to the Phantom Thieves and their friends. It's one of those games you finish and go "What do I do now?"
