That one still hurts my chest 😂. I once went to this fine dining place with a friend, the portions they gave me were too tiny, yet the bill was like half my rent.🤣 The food was nice, but too expensive. Since then, I'd rather go for proper portions at my regular spots.

Haha, I've been there too. I once went to this "fancy" place for a birthday and the plates looked like art projects, the food was so tiny in the middle with sauces smeared around. The bill nearly gave me a heart attack. 🤣

The most expensive meal I have ever had was a meal I had when my mum, brother, daughter and I went to my dad's favourite restaurant, not too long after he passed away. I chose the salmon meal with boiled new potatoes and salad, and the price of the meal was over £10. It was enjoyable, so not such a big hit on the wallet.

Steak dinner at a fancy restaurant for my brother and my mother's birthday dinner. Steak was like $50+, sides were $30+ and don't even get me started on the wine or alcohol.

I spent $30 for few pieces of cucumber and carrot (in the name of salad) and a few pieces of chicken (in the name of barbecue). This is the most expensive meal I have eaten. Well, I have spent more thhan that for meal but I did have a fulfilling meal. However, the one I am talking is expensive because of the portion served.
