Can you remember the first video game you ever played? What was it? What console did you play on? And was there anything specific that you can remember?
The first video game I ever played was Super Mario Bros. on the Nintendo Entertainment System. I remember being fascinated by the colorful world and the challenge of jumping over obstacles.
The legend of Zelda on the NES was my first video game. I still can't forget the thrill of searching for new items after school hours. It was an experience hard to forget.
I definitely remember the very first video game I ever played, it was the very first Sonic the Hedgehog on the Sega Genesis! Not only is the blue blur my favorite video game character, his first game is what got me interested in video games in the first place! This was over 30 years ago, I was just 4 years old in 1994 when my cousins brought their Genesis over to my grandparent's house. Another one of my cousins handed me the controller and I was hesitant at first but then man I loved the game! I remember my other cousin telling me the level select code and I still know that code by heart!
My first video game was Super Mario 64 on the N64 when I was five years old. I remember being afraid of Bowser's laugh when you tried to open a locked door!
Aside from that, I played Super Smash Bros., Paper Mario, and Rayman 2 on the N64 around the same time.
I can't for the life of me remember what the first game I played was, but I remember it being on an Atari. I remember my dad got me and my brother together to check out a game on the Atari, and it was from there that I became a gamer and am still one today.
