Some people are hobbyist blogger but I am not. Are you hobbyist or do you blog for money? Well, if you want to blog for money you need to choose a profitable niche, profitable niche means you get high-paying ads to maximize your earnings. For example, insurance is one of the highest paying niches, followed by finance. And avoid low-paying niches. Entertainment niches tend to have lower ad revenue.

Yes, I blog for money. Blogging may turn out to be a very profitable business, but this business requires adequate knowledge. More revenue can be generated by selecting a lucrative niche, writing quality contents and by selling advertising and with sponsorship options.

I don't blog for money as I'm not much of a blogger. I know some people that have managed to do quite well with their blogs over the years, but blogging isn't for me. I'd rather run forums and build other type of websites. I do have some old blogs on Blogger though, but I haven't done much with them in a long time.

I used to have a blog, but I haven't been active lately. While I enjoyed sharing my thoughts and experiences, I haven't really pursued blogging for money. Maybe someday I'll revisit it..
