Honestly, juggling plenty of tasks can stress you out. I've learned to just write things down. Whenever I try to keep everything in my head, I end up forgetting half of it. There are some apps that could help out and they would make things a lot easier. Sometimes I use Google Keep, sometimes I write on paper. Those serve as a reminder and they help a lot.
